What are RFID tags?

RFID tags helps us to better understand inventory levels as well as how many times a particular item has been laundered. Linens2Go uses this data to ensure the highest quality standards are maintained for our customers.

How will I know when my order is ready for pick-up

You will receive an email confirmation that your order is ready for pick-up.

How long do I have to pick up my order?

Linens2Go allows customer access to our Kiosk 24/7. You have 24 hours from initial notification to pick-up your order before it expires, please contact the Linens2Go store if you need assistance.

What if there is a week between bookings, do I have to pay weekly linen rates if my vacation rental is not in use?

Our team at Linens2Go understands that there may be times that your vacation property may be vacant, to help our customers control expenses we offer a program that allows for multiple change outs for a low monthly charge (excluding amenities).  If interested, please contact us at (541) 382-3838 for program details.

I am sending my house cleaner to pick up my order and I am concerned that the product may get dirty in transit, what does Linens2Go do to help ensure this will not happen.

All orders are bundled and wrapped in cellophane to prevent staining during transporting to your property.  Cloth linen bags are provided for easy transport of soiled linens being returned.
